Customer service is available which is available in two forms
The support service is accessible only after logging in and is operational on working days according to the calendar available at https://www.match.it/calendar, from 9 to 12 and from 15 to 17. assistance, except in cases of particular complexity, will do everything possible to respond to requests within 24 hours (to be calculated on working days according to the calendar indicated above).
Any suspensions of the Service caused by scheduled maintenance interventions will be communicated via email 48 hours before the intervention itself.
Any suspensions of the Service caused by urgent and indifferent maintenance interventions will be communicated via email promptly. DomainAuction will take care to keep Customers updated by email regarding the progress of the intervention.

The Backorder service allows you to book in advance the registration of a domain that will expire in the future. The DomainAuction Platform publishes the lists of expiring domains for each integrated TLD every day. On the expiry date (according to the rules of the register to which the specific TLD belongs), the DomainAuction Platform will attempt to register the domain. If successful, if the domain will have only one reservation then it will be assigned directly to the user who booked it at the price specified at the time of booking confirmation. Conversely, if the same domain had two or more reservations, the final price will be determined by means of the online auctions tool.

The service allows a user to register, renew maintenance, or transfer (from DomainAuction Platform to another registrar or vice versa) a domain name for any of the integrated TLDs. The cost of the individual operations can be consulted on page https://www.match.it/pricing/.
Registration
It means becoming the owner of the domain concession (concessionaire) until the expiration of the domain which for most TLDs is one year. Once registered, the domain becomes occupied and cannot be registered by other subjects (obviously excluding special cases such as oppositions).
Maintenance
It means maintaining your concession by preventing the domain from becoming available again and therefore recordable.
Transfer
We distinguish two cases:
The two operations can be carried out simultaneously.
If the user renews a domain name and transfers it to another Registrar or cancels it during the grace period (the 15 days following the renewal during which the domain is in "autoRenewPeriod" status), it has the right to request a refund of the cost incurred for the renewal. The refund will be paid after 30 days from the renewal and only upon verification of the effective transfer of the domain name to another Registrar or of its cancellation.
The procedures described below apply when a Registrant intends to transfer a domain name owned by another Registrar.

The "Public Whois Data" flag allows you to make your identity public (if flagged) or not (if not flagged) when a Whois lookup is done on a domain name that has the profile in question as a contact. The effect depends on the TLD and the type of contact, as summarized in the following table:

This abbreviation means a time period of 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year (to be understood as 366 in the case of a leap year).
DomainAuction treats a user as anonymous when not logged in. For DomainAuction a registered user who has not logged in is indistinguishable from a user who has never registered, both are considered anonymous.
A user is authenticated when he has logged into the DomainAuction platform.
Customer means an authenticated user who has signed at least one contract for the provision of a Service.
The customer who participates in the purchase of at least one domain offered for sale on the Marketplace.
The customer who participates in the sales activity of at least one domain offered for sale on the Marketplace.
The natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft or professional activity that may be carried out.
The natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of their business, commercial, craft or professional activity.
This refers to the area of the DomainAuction platform that a user accesses after authenticating himself. In this area, the authenticated user can carry out all the operations permitted according to the contracts signed and which contains some elements including the Dashboard. Dashboard refers to the page visible to the user just after logging in.
It means the pair of information, UserName (username) and Password.
It is the service covered by the Marketplace contract and / or Registration, Maintenance, Transfer of Domains and / or Backorder.
The calendar, which can be consulted at the following address https://www.match.it/calendar, highlights the working days in which DomainAuction activities take place in green.
Each customer has his own wallet with a possible residual credit. At any time the wallet can be reloaded using one of the payment methods indicated on the DomainAuction platform at the time of reloading. The top-up amount is determined based on € 5 brackets starting from a minimum of € 15.
Each user has the possibility to change the data and contact details that can be modified through the page https://panel.match.it/user/, accessible after login.
Any complaints regarding the provision of the Service may be communicated by sending an email to claims@domainauction.srl.

If you don't get any answer within 7 days, the offers will be cancelled.
Marketplace is the service offered free of charge by the DomainAuction platform through which it is possible to:
Users who sell have the opportunity to indicate a recommended price, manage the negotiation (even in the case of multiple offers), see the history of the offers made and more.
In the event that an offer is not accepted or rejected, after 7 days it will be canceled.
